Mindwalk “Pump Up Your Proposals”
*Mindwalk’s Pump Up Your Proposals service helps creative professionals strengthen the way they present project proposals to prospective clients.
For this B2B product-page assignment, I wrote a short sales page aimed at design professionals who were spending significant time creating proposals but still struggling with price objections or silence from prospects. The page needed to explain the value of Mindwalk’s hands-on coaching while making the practical benefits of the service easy to see.

The Challenge
Mindwalk’s service offered a practical solution: hands-on coaching to help creative professionals improve the proposals they send to prospective clients.
The copy needed to make that value feel immediate.
The audience was spending significant time creating proposals, only to face price objections or no response at all. The page therefore had to do more than explain what the coaching included. It needed to show how stronger proposals could help them communicate their value more clearly, save time, and start client relationships on firmer footing.
At the same time, the tone needed to stay credible for a B2B audience rather than slipping into an exaggerated sales pitch.
My Approach
01
Start with the frustration the audience already feels
Rather than leading with the coaching itself, the page opens with the time and effort spent on proposals that still lead to price objections or silence.
That gives the offer a clear reason to matter before introducing the solution.
02
Translate each feature into a practical benefit
The page doesn’t stop at personalized feedback, a template, or a checklist. Each feature is tied to a concrete payoff: clearer proposals, less wasted time, stronger positioning, and fewer misunderstandings.
The reviewer specifically called out that feature-benefit connection in her feedback.
03
Keep the persuasion grounded
Because the audience is B2B, the page needed to make a strong case without sounding exaggerated. The tone stays direct and professional while still building toward a clear call to action.
The reviewer also praised the copy for being persuasive without becoming “hypey” or overpromising.
