Email Certification Mastery Spec Assignment

As part of the spec assignment for AWAI’s Email Certification Mastery course, I had to write an email campaign for an upcoming promotion of the Writer’s Starter Kit, a go-to resource for freelance writers eager to move from “aspiring writer” to “working writer.”

This midweek email and this FAQ email were part of a 10-email campaign for this promotion.

Fun fact: I was one of 6 finalists for the spec assignment.

For the final assignment for the SEO Mastery Certification course from AWAI, I was tasked with adding on to an existing AWAI SEO magnet on …. SEO! And I was a finalist for this spec assignment as well.

Customer Retention Mastery Spec Assignment

As part of a brand new certification course for AWAI focused on customer retention, I wrote a 4-piece spec assignment including a phone script, a welcome email, an FAQ page, and an upsell email for a fictitious client, Budget Brainiacs.

Fun fact: While working on this spec, I found myself wishing that Budget Brainiacs was a real client, because I know firsthand how much of a need there is for a fun way to teach kids financial literacy from an early age!
